In 2015, KCRep celebrated its 50th anniversary season and reopened our newly-renovated mainstage home at Spencer Theatre. That same year, we launched the Creative Future Fund, a campaign designed to help us offer more programs and productions. With the help of generous donors across the city and the nation, KCRep will prepare to thrive for the next 50 years – and beyond!

With your support of the Creative Future Fund…

KCRep will cultivate new audiences by reimagining classic plays and musicals. New audiences come to our theatres when we offer productions that they know and love; and we know that once they catch a stunning KCRep performance they’ll be back for more!

KCRep will be an essential community partner for youth arts education. By expanding our Student Matinee Series, revamping our in-school residency program, and implementing a brand new on-site summer program, KCRep will help more students than ever before understand themselves, the world, and the art form.

KCRep will be a major center for the development and production of new works. World premiere productions of new plays and musicals are central to every season at KCRep. Community events like free new play readings and energetic playwright slams invite audiences to become a part of the young lives of new works as they prepare to take the stage.

KCRep is gearing up to launch the public phase of our five million dollar Creative Future Fund campaign. To be a part of this important initiative, contact Mollie Alexander, Director of Development, at alexandermo@kcrep.org or 816-235-6107.
