Community Engagement

KCRep is more than just a stage. We’re a community of artists, creatives, and innovators working to create transformative experiences for our entire community. We hope to inspire, entertain, and open minds throughout the Kansas City metro. KCRep is your theatre!

KCRep for All

KCRep for All brings the magic of live theatre to you! Presenting free world-class theatre throughout Kansas City, KCRep for All is our community tour. You’ll see the same stories from our stages come to life in community centers, public libraries, and senior centers throughout our region. Performing the same script as seen on our mainstages, the show is re-staged and re-imagined to be performed for you in your neighborhood. Learn more.

AIDS Walk KC

Over 11 seasons, our generous KCRep audiences and staff have donated over $162,000 to support the AIDS Walk sponsored by AIDS Service Foundation KC

Theatre Community Fund

KCRep is proud to partner with the Theatre Community Fund of Kansas City (TCF).

TCF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of all theatre artists, technicians, and staff in times of financial distress or hardship by means of volunteer support, food bank donations, direct financial relief, and artists grants including their Theatre Arts Crescendo Award, which invests in the projects of Black and Indigenous artists of color. If you have been affected by the pandemic or other hardships, TCF has resources available to you! If you have any questions about the following opportunities, please contact Amanda Arany, TCF Vice President, at aranya@kcrep.org or text 816-703-9604.
