Tickets start at $31.20 for groups of 9 or more for most KCRep performances. Prices will fluctuate based on availability, so the earlier you buy, the more you will save.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking your group tickets. Group tickets are not available for purchase online. The group discount cannot be applied retroactively to an order purchased online or can be combined with other discounts.

University & College Student Groups
Offer your students distinctive learning experiences in an exciting off-campus setting. University student groups consisting of nine or more individuals can enjoy a flat rate of $30 per ticket for selected performances, with seating arrangements determined by the group sales representative.

Booking an Event
1. Order Tickets
Organize a group trip, reward employees, or celebrate a birthday, holiday, or special event with tickets to KCRep.
Groups receive deep discounts and early access to KCRep’s regular season shows as well as our beloved holiday favorite A Christmas Carol.
2. Plan Your Party
Cocktails and conversation before or after the show – we offer options for all sizes of groups in our chic and modern Donor Lounge. Your group will have a private place to relax during intermission as well! Preferred caterers and bartenders are available to assist with your event.
There is a Room Rental Fee of $150 that includes access to the Donor Lounge space beginning 2 hours prior to performance start time. Additional reservation time for the Donor Lounge can be purchased for $100 per hour.
There is a Bartender Fee for pre-show service of $75 for groups with under 50 attendees. The Bartender Fee for pre-show and intermission service is $125 for groups with over 50 attendees.
