(She/They) Courtney O’Neill is thrilled to return to KCRep, having previously designed Little Shop of Horrors, Peter Pan & Wendy, and When I Come to Die. She grew up in Kansas City, currently lives in France, and has designed at theatres across the United States, including: Lookingglass Theatre, McCarter Theatre, Apollo Theatre, Guthrie Theatre, Huntington Theatre, Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre, Arena Stage, Great Lakes Theatre, Idaho Shakespeare Theatre, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Theatre, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, South Coast Repertory, Alliance Theatre, Baltimore Center Stage, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Writers Theatre Court Theatre, and locally here at the Coterie Theatre. Courtney has received multiple awards including the Joseph Jefferson Award, Michael Maggio Emerging Designer Award, and USITT Scene Design Award.
