KCRep: debut. Julian is celebrating over 20 years of professional music, marking a journey from Paseo Academy to becoming a staple in the music community. He has performed onboard Holland America Line, at the Unicorn Theatre, Spinning Tree Theatre, musical directed with The Black Repertory Theater of Kansas City, recently earning his first producer’s credit at Quality Hill Playhouse. Julian also holds a residency at the 1909 Club with Soul Fundamentals, performing every second and fourth Thursday with his band, EleFunk. Beyond the stage, he spent 12 years teaching Elementary Music and serves on the board for Music Across Borders. He is grateful to remain a pivotal part of the scene.
