Our online box office is available around the clock. You can buy tickets, modify your account information such as your address or email, manage your upcoming events, request ticket exchanges, or make a donation. Our Ticketing Services team are available by phone at (816) 235-2700
- Phones Hours: Monday to Friday 10 AM – 4 PM
- Weekday performances: phone hours are extended until curtain.
- Weekend Performances: phones will open two hours before showtime and will remain available until the final curtain of the day.
Please note that Ticketing Services will be closed on Fridays throughout the month of June and will re-open on July 11.
Our summer hours are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: 10 AM – 4 PM
- Closed on Fridays.
